About me
I am photographer and artisan Leonard L’hos. I have worked in the forestry industry as a timber production operative and also in woodland management looking after and maintaining woodlands around the county. I also worked in saw mills processing timber and making products such as field gates, fencing products and garden furniture. During this period I gained NVQ4 in Forest Operations and Woodland Management and City & Guilds Advanced Craft in Carpentry and Joinery.
Each item I make is totally unique. No two pieces will ever be the same due to the nature and quality of the materials that I salvage. Being a small business my work is not mass produced. This means I am able to personally control the quality of each and every piece that is made. I have sold my work to clients worldwide including America, Hawaii and England. Commissioned work is also undertaken. I am also experienced in Waste and Recycle Management. I managed a large recycling company and several Civic Amenity Sites diverting waste from landfill.
